Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with a Chilo's Chile order, please return it for an exchange or merchandise credit. Returns with the original purchase receipt will be exchanged or credited for the original amount.
To inquire about a return please send an email to info@chiloschile.com that includes the following:
- Your name
- Address
- Phone number
- Order number
- Item name/description
- Reason for return
- Action to be taken (replacement or merchandise credit)
